It was recently reported that Katy has listed her L.A. home for sale, which she bought with ex-husband Russell Brand, for $6.95 million. She had bought the compound for $6.5 million in 2011.

Katy Perry visits with the local townspeople while making a trip as a UNICEF ambassador last week in Madagascar.

“In less than one week here in Madagascar, I went from crowded city slums to the most remote villages and my eyes were widely opened by the incredible need for a healthy life—nutrition, sanitation, and protection against rape and abuse—which UNICEF are stepping in to help provide,” the 28-year-old singer said.

During her first visit as an ambassador for UNICEF, Katy saw a full range of programs, from education, nutrition, health and child protection, to water, sanitation and hygiene.

“I am grateful to UNICEF for giving me the opportunity to see first-hand how their programs make a real difference in children’s lives. Support for UNICEF is saving children, I am a witness to it,” Katy added.

Katy Perry and Jane Lynch run into each other while hiking on the same trail on Saturday afternoon (March 30) in Studio City, Calif.

The 28-year-old singer’s songs have been featured many times on the 52-year-old actress’ show Glee!

The day before, Katy was spotted in her workout gear while heading to her label Capitol Records for a meeting.

Katy Perry and John Mayer have reportedly gone their separate ways for the second time, according to Us Weekly.

The 28-year-old “Wide Awake” singer and the 35-year-old singer-songwriter started dating again in September after breaking up the month before.

“It’s sad,” one pal told the mag. “It’s not over until it’s over. You have to see how things play out.”

Another source added, “She’s leaving the window open. They have both been so focused on work.”

John Mayer leaves a pal’s house after visiting on Wednesday (February 20) in Los Angeles.

The 35-year-old singer was spotted heading inside LAX Airport to catch a departing flight later that same day.

It was recently speculated that John and his girlfriend Katy Perry were engaged after she was spotted wearing a ruby heart ring on her finger.

The ring, however, was a Valentine’s Day gift that John selected himself, made by Daniel Gibbings, according to People. Sources close to the couple insist that they are not engaged.
